This is a fairly well-presented bibliography, although there is scope to fine-tune the details of presentation (inverted commas, italics, punctutation, standardising information included in entries, etc). Look again at your notes from the session on bibliographies, or drop in to the Learning Development Centre in the library for a refresher or to pick up a guidance leaflet with examples.
